2. What this website is for

This website presents the IBERIACHAR project and lets you contact us: biomass suppliers, investors and other interested people. It is not an online store and nothing can be bought on it.

3. How to use the website

You may browse the website freely. You agree to use it in good faith and in accordance with the law: not to try to damage it, to enter areas where you have no permission, to send false messages, or to send other people's data without their knowledge.

4. What we say about the project is forward-looking

IBERIACHAR is a project under development. Dates, capacities, volumes, revenues, emission savings or any other future data shown on the website are forecasts and goals, not guarantees or assured results. They may change. Carbon credits, for example, depend on a third-party certification that must be obtained.

5. The calculator is an estimate

The website's calculator gives an approximate idea. It runs in your browser and does not send what you type to anyone. Its result is not an offer, a price or a purchase commitment. Actual prices and terms are always agreed by contract.

6. Intellectual property and trademark

The texts, images, videos, logos and design of the website belong to IBERIACHAR or are used with the permission of their owners. They may not be copied, distributed or changed without our written permission, except for personal use or to quote short excerpts citing the source.

IBERIACHAR is the name of the project. An application to register the trademark has been filed with the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM). It is pending and has not yet been granted.

7. Names of other companies

The names and trademarks of other entities that appear on the website (for example, Puro.earth, Nasdaq or Google) belong to their owners. Their appearance does not mean that they have any relationship with IBERIACHAR, that they endorse it, or that they have certified us.
